Grade 3-5 Assignment - Daily Physical Activity Log
It is recommended that students participate in a minimum of 60 minutes of physical activity daily.
Physical activity doesn't have to be "sports" but it can be. We have worked on many different exercises throughout the year that you could use or you could use your imagination or do both!
At the end of each week (Saturday - Friday) total up the amount of time you were physically active that week. See if you can increase your time from one day to the next, from one week to the next and from one month to the next. At the end of each week share your progress with a family member and tell them what you think you did well and what you want to work on.
You will find links below to some Resources - ideas, exercises, game and activities you can use but don't forget to use your imagination and come up with your own too, and to the My Physical Activity Log Form you will need if you wish to do this assignment.
Have fun!
