Healthy Living - Outcome 1
Participating in regular health-related fitness helps you control your weight, prevents diseases and illness, improves your mood, boosts energy, and promotes better sleep. It is made up of five sections: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition. Gymnastics - Outcome 4
These are all skills that were taught in the fall to the younger grades. For many it would be a quick review, for some the coordination of the skills was still developing.

Active Pursuits- Outcome 6
Juggling Skills are a combination of tossing and catching any number of items. Typically we work with 1, 2, and 3 items learning a couple different patterns for the items to travel.
